The Truly Bilingual Host: Andy Wong 黄品捷
Andy Wong, the founder of Miracle Group International Pte Ltd (former DM Entertainment, ND Entertainment and Pukka Media). He was a co-presenter of D' Bosses Club on MediaCorp Radio Capital 95.8FM. Since 2003, Andy has hosted more than 1,000 shows ranging from different genres of variety to MICE, and with no less than 400 events of various scales managed, he is an accomplished entrepreneur, entertainment consultant and TV and Radio Presenter.
After being scouted by veteran artiste Marcus Chin in a local reality tv contest "Ultimate Comedian/ 爆笑新人王“ in 2006, Andy joined local film director Jack Neo's J Team Productions as an artiste and later on also took on the role of the Entertainment Division Director. Top Taiwanese hosts like Jacky Wu (吴宗宪), Huang Zi Jiao (黄子佼) and Jiu Kong (九孔) are among those who guided him in his successful career as a compere. He has also been appointed as the International Representative of World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) by Griff O'Neil, the former Executive of Miss Universe and the Founder & President of WCOPA based in Hollywood, USA.
In 2010, Andy was engaged by Ministry of Community Development Youth and Sports as the Official Emcee for the First Ever Youth Olympic Games 2010, reaching out to more than 30,000 people at over 25 roadshows. He is also the preferred emcee for Guinness "Rise Together" Campaign 2010-11 hosting 30 roadshows around the island over a period of 9 months.
Some of the other significant events he has successfully hosted includes "Chingay 2011 @ Heartlands" attended by some 18,000 people, "Come Together National Day Heartland Celebrations 2009" for 5000 people, SEXPO 2005 (the first ever sexual health exhibition in South East Asia) and International Trade Conference 2006 by World Trade Organization (bi-annual conference by United Nations attended by CEOs and Government Officials from 70 over countries).
HE is also the key person to the successful Grand Opening to Resorts World Sentosa's Universal Studios Singapore 2011 when they engaged him to bring in Grammy and Emmy award winning former American Idol judge, Paula Abdul.
